Patient Liability within Self Pay, Governmental, and Third Party. Legacy Accounts Receivable Wind Down, System Migration assistance. Revenue Cycle Outsourcing (departmental/full, episodic/recurring) outsourced staffing services. Target candidate will demonstrate an existing rolodex of prior relationships with hospital/health systems than 75 beds or greater or or academic medical center greaters, depending upon the specific target profile size for a service(s).. Must positively represent Change Healthcare by promoting available products and services, and report any relationship or service issues that may arise to the responsible team member. Regionally collaborate with other Change Healthcare Sales personnel and management to strategize on mutual accounts, leverage relationships and generate referrals to other departments wherever possible.. As a point of clarification, the SVP supports the Executive Sales Director responsible to meet and exceed the assigned quota thresholds within a geographic territory and development of the client relationship at all levels starting with the C-Suite. Develop and maintain, as needed, knowledge and resources for client facing presentation, ROI materials and regular internal education for advancing the skillset and effectiveness of the Executive Directors, internal prospecting staff (Marketing Development Team), product campaign cadence and policy/procedure information for effective internal deal pursuit.. 3. Oversee RFP's, Large/Multi-product deals, cross departmental collaboration to achieve objectives.. 4. Provide timely and complete reporting information on the forecasting status of the territory sales pipelines, to include monitoring and enforcing deal progression policies and procedures for CRM documentation/visibility, pricing approval requests and legal paperwork requirements.. 5. Maintain industry and product knowledge, adapting to changes in the market/competition, participation in regional/national meetings/forums, and driving brand/deliverable awareness within territory.. Minimum Requirements:. 5+ years new account healthcare sales, enterprise account management or operations experience within Acute and Employed Provider outsourcing market encompassing hospital/physician platform knowledge, extended business office functions, call center environments and revenue cycle.. Education/Training - Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of equivalent, relevant experience.. Critical Skills:. Mastery knowledge of front end and patient liability revenue cycle and the onsite placement of staffing resources to deliver these solutions.. Strong, modernized computer-oriented work capabilities, detail-oriented analytical instincts and required presentation skills in any size audience with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM solutions..
