The focus of this job is a supporting role to the VP's of Sales that works as a player/coach to advance sales team knowledge and effectiveness in the field to achieve results which are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals for sales achievement. The candidate will be knowledgable in end-to-end revenue cycle staffing and services offerings to include patient call centers, revenue cycle staffing advocacy, and outsourced revenue cycle services.. The SVP supports all service aspects related to Acute Care and Provider Revenue Cycle outsourcing to Hospital/Health System and academic medical center existing customers and target prospects. This list includes but is not limited to:. Patient Access Contact Center services. Eligibility and Enrollment Advocacy Staffing (Self Pay/Medicaid/Disability,Third Party/No Fault Claim and Financial counseling). Acute/Provider Coding, Audit/Compliance Services, Clinical Documeniation Improvement services. Denials, Underpayment or Audit Recovery. Patient Liability within Self Pay, Governmental, and Third Party. Legacy Accounts Receivable Wind Down, System Migration assistance. Revenue Cycle Outsourcing (departmental/full, episodic/recurring) outsourced staffing services. Target candidate will demonstrate an existing rolodex of prior relationships with hospital/health systems than 75 beds or greater or or academic medical center greaters, depending upon the specific target profile size for a service(s).. Must positively represent Change Healthcare by promoting available products and services, and report any relationship or service issues that may arise to the responsible team member. Regionally collaborate with other Change Healthcare Sales personnel and management to strategize on mutual accounts, leverage relationships and generate referrals to other departments wherever possible.. As a point of clarification, the SVP supports the Executive Sales Director responsible to meet and exceed the assigned quota thresholds within a geographic territory and development of the client relationship at all levels starting with the C-Suite. The Executive Sales Director demonstrates strategic positioning relating to business aspects of the complex healthcare market to include cold calling product/solutions, C-Level demonstrations, web meetings and hosted webinars where applicable, tradeshow presentations, Finance Model/Pricing reviews, proposal creation, contract negotiation and closing opportunities. Transparent and clear documentation of sales pipeline interactions and Next Steps are expected on a daily basis within as prospecting evolves. Collaboration with other Change Healthcare Sales Teams, Change Healthcare business partners and internal collaboration with Operations areas that service customers is regular and expected.. Key Responsibilities(List the top five to seven essential responsibilities in priority order):. 1. Meet and/or exceed all assigned quotas and all performance goals; assigned product line budgets, advance a pipeline of qualified prospects and engage in a with the Executive Directors and Leadership in the company in a consultative sales process with them.. 2. Develop and maintain, as needed, knowledge and resources for client facing presentation, ROI materials and regular internal education for advancing the skillset and effectiveness of the Executive Directors, internal prospecting staff (Marketing Development Team), product campaign cadence and policy/procedure information for effective internal deal pursuit.. 3. Oversee RFP's, Large/Multi-product deals, cross departmental collaboration to achieve objectives.. 4. Provide timely and complete reporting information on the forecasting status of the territory sales pipelines, to include monitoring and enforcing deal progression policies and procedures for CRM documentation/visibility, pricing approval requests and legal paperwork requirements.. 5. Maintain industry and product knowledge, adapting to changes in the market/competition, participation in regional/national meetings/forums, and driving brand/deliverable awareness within territory.. Minimum Requirements:. 5+ years new account healthcare sales, enterprise account management or operations experience within Acute and Employed Provider outsourcing market encompassing hospital/physician platform knowledge, extended business office functions, call center environments and revenue cycle.. Education/Training - Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of equivalent, relevant experience.. Critical Skills:. Mastery knowledge of front end and patient liability revenue cycle and the onsite placement of staffing resources to deliver these solutions.. Strong, modernized computer-oriented work capabilities, detail-oriented analytical instincts and required presentation skills in any size audience with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM solutions.. Comfortable promoting \"services\" and \"outsourcing\", as a primary product element, to optimize the Change Healthcare value proposition.. Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills - must have a \"hunter\" drive and be self-reliant to identify pipeline and opportunities in the hospital, academic medical center and provider markets.. Collaborative, inclusive style with internal departments between Operations, Finance, Account Management, Legal, I.T.. Demonstrated consultative sales strategies and process. Working Conditions:. Environment (Office, hospital, etc.) - work at home, travel to customers, overnight-out of town travel to Clients and Sales Meetings, some travel via airplane or employee's vehicle.. Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) - General office environment with extensive travel required - minimum of 60%..
