Start here GOLD Associate: Operations Management Track Locations Vary Position Summary The GOLD Program The Catalent Global Organization Leadership Development (GOLD) program is a rotation based leadership development program designed for university graduates who are excited to accelerate their careers in a global, entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and inclusive environment. The program provides participants with the opportunity to rotate through 3 jobs in multiple locations over a two-year period. In addition, participants will get exposure to global learning and development programs, networking events, senior leader forums, and get to work on group projects with other associates. Rotations vary, ranging from Manufacturing Operations to Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing & Product Development. A GOLD Associate Operations Management track will be expected to exhibit the qualities that the companys most successful managers possess. These qualities include self-motivation, resourcefulness, creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate natural leadership abilities, exude confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence in a positive way. The Candidate In order to be eligible for the GOLD Program at Catalent, you must meet the following requirements: Currently enrolled in a College or University and graduating between December 2019 and June 2020 with a Bachelors or Masters degree in the Life Sciences, Engineering, or Operations Leadership.
