We are establishing a Data Ethics and Privacy Program Management Office (PMO) for the company to ensure we integrate privacy into everything we do. As the PMO lead, you will lead change management and drive results for our Data Ethics and Privacy transformation across the entire enterprise. You will collaborate with smart, passionate leaders to influence change that infuses privacy into our culture and establishes it as a brand differentiator for Capital One. You will lead this critical transformation from day one, working alongside key stakeholders and senior executives across the company. Responsibilities: - Provide strategic direction and lead moderate to large sized teams to drive complex Data Ethics and Privacy projects and programs - Design, develop, and manage project and program plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements - Ensure projects and programs are being delivered on time and on budget within a challenging environment while simultaneously managing risk - Partner cross-functionally with executive program customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive program delivery - Build relationships and collaborate with key executive stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments This person will: - Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive program efforts - Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent program management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment - Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style - Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes Basic Qualifications: - At least a Bachelor's degree or Military experience - At least 5 years of Project Management experience - At least 3 years of People Management experience Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree - PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - Excellent problem solving and influencing skillsSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years Associated topics: design, engineering, manufacture, product, product manager, production, program manager, quality
