Job Summary: Business Analyst (Asset Specialist) is a critical role in Refreshment Services. This position is responsible for the utilization of our equipment assets to include: training and implementation of equipment best practices, equipment data analysis and the maintenance of equipment master data. This role will also provide support to the field in the training & utilization of the asset functionality part of our salesforce CRM application. This position will interact with all levels of the organization, and support center led strategies with decentralized execution across the North America Operations. This position will report to the Director, Operational Excellence.
* Identify existing equipment processes, analyze gaps, develop & document new process and then present to the stakeholders the roadmap and level of effort to implement the desired state. * Provide training & support to the field specific to the asset functionality part of our salesforce CRM application. * Maintain equipment master data in regards to Types & Groups, Parts and Warranties and work with field to cleanup and resolve discrepancies * Provide data analysis support specific to equipment utilization, procurement, repair & maintenance, inventory & tracking statistics. * Support equipment inventory audit process and work with field service managers to clean up existing physical inventory and associated data in system * Continue to develop and support our OCS equipment refurbishment program * Responsible for educating, aligning and building consensus for equipment loss improvement strategies and culture change throughout the business unit
* Demonstrate a strong aptitude for leadership, communication, & problem solving skills * Ability to work within a matrix organization including field operations, regional staff & LOB support functions * Exhibit an aptitude and track record of being able to influence others without formal authority * Possess strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills * A self-starter able to work effectively with limited supervision.
* BS degree with 5 years of experience in operations process improvement or procurement/asset management * Strong end-to-end business process, administrative, analytical, problem solving and diagnostic skill * Ability to deal with ambiguity, work in a dynamic fluid environment and effectively cope with change * Experience in working multiple assignments in a fast paced team environment while maintaining work quality with various locations and team members. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus the ability to communicate with a wide range of people. * Experience within a DSD or Field Service Organization preferred * Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
