You will support the General Manager (GM) in operating the business focused on delivering a superior customer experience and the kind of financial results that ensure long-term business growth. You'll assist in managing the operations and staff of a restaurant, including implementation of all policies, procedures, programs and systems, participate in the achievement of store objectives and ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations and ethical business practices. Our Restaurant Managers lead by example. They are responsible for helping the GM create a warm, welcoming work and dining environment, portraying a positive attitude, demonstrating a strong drive for results, and going above and beyond to serve our customers.
