Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

* Build a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement
* Communicate CRM Platform capabilities and limitations to customers
* Lead discovery workshops; facilitate large audience discussions and present solutions
* Identify and inventory customer process pain points and gaps in best practices
* Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into functional requirements
* Organize and drive process reengineering sessions
* Perform business process modelling, user experience modeling and basic technical architecture diagramming
* Build and demo prototypes in Salesforce
* Interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution
* Synthesize technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently
* Contribute to the overall success of the Business Analysts through regular contributions to and leadership of CoE, Discussions and Chatter
* Regularly support the onboarding and mentoring of team members
* Proactively seek out sales opportunities, support pre-sales activities and assist in creating estimates
* Engage in strategy projects and support Business Architects and/or Strategy Consultants with Salesforce and business process best practices

Domain Expertise (Job Profile Knowledge):

* 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst Consultant for a mid-to-large sized organization, or direct consulting expertise leading transformational CRM projects
* 5+ year Experience with CRM Platform configuration and/or custom development across one or more of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle CRM products
* Experience as Business Analyst on at least 2 large Implementations (2M+)
* Experience implementing the Agile project lifecycles and tools (i.e. SCRUM, user stories, etc.)
* Deeper experience in at least 1 vertical/industry (Higher Ed, Financials, Energy, etc.)

Transferrable Skills:

* Expert ability to understand customer needs and pain points, facilitate deep discussions, and challenge status quo
* Expert presentation and communication skills to both create and deliver top-notch presentations and demos
* Expert meeting and conversation facilitation at all levels of a customer organization, including C-Suite
* Builds relationships at all levels of the customer organization
* Play a key leadership role as the head Business Analyst on large, global projects

Education & Travel Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Technical or Business related area; or equivalent combination of similar education and experience
* Ability to travel up to 60%
