Discover more about us at www.amerihealthcaritas.com.Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Director of Compensation, assists in developing effective compensation programs, guidelines and monitoring systems that are aligned with business goals and objectives. Provides consultative advice and compensation data analysis to business management in the application of compensation programs.* Participates in annual salary surveys and the maintenance of the market survey database.* Assists in the annual compensation planning process of merit increases and corporate short-term incentive program recommendations.* Evaluates and benchmarks job descriptions to ensure that base salary, incentives and equity remain competitive.* Ensures compliance with FLSA and all federal, state and local compensation legal requirements.* Prepares ad-hoc compensation reports for internal HR and management.* Administers and monitors the company's reward and recognition programs.* Assists in the development and delivery of compensation training materials.* Performs compensation data audits to ensure data integrity in multiple HR systems.* Monitors the compensation department's budget.* Supports compensation projects as required.Qualifications and Requirements:* Two to four years of experience in compensation or a related field* Bachelor's Degree* Proven analytical skills* Familiar with a variety of compensation concepts, practices and procedures* Proficiency in Microsoft office skills including ExcelPosted by StartWire.
