The American College of Radiology (www.ACR.org), a professional association for radiologists, is a world leader in radiology clinical research. The Center for Research and Innovation located in Philadelphia, administers research for numerous commercial and grant funded entities. Cancer research efforts include studies performed through the prestigious RTOG Foundation (www.RTOG.org), commercial sponsored research awarded to ACR for diagnostic imaging, and a number of NCI awards to, NRG Oncology Group (www.NRGOncology.org), IROC Group (www.IROCQA.org), and ECOG-ACRIN (www.ECOG-ACRIN.org). In addition, ACR CRI conducts research in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, and other body systems and also has led validation efforts for advancing new software and Artificial Intelligence algorithms.

Based on these strategic objectives, ACR is seeking a Clinical Project Specialist to provide support to the ACR study initiatives across the College.

As a member of the ACR team you will:

* Work with principal investigators, sponsors, and internal resources to assist with the development of project plans in support of study goals and objectives.
* Assist in creating research documents, to include clinical trial project plans, imaging manuals, imaging guidelines, and independent review charters as needed to support clinical research trial design and development objectives.
* Assist with generating grant applications and business proposals and coordinate input from project team members to meet established deadlines and deliverables.
* Coordinate all assigned project related activities.
* Issues meeting minutes, and metrics reports for internal and external customers.
* Assures all work is in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and all documentation is handled appropriately.

Successful candidates will possess:

* 3+ years of related experience. CRO/clinical research project management experience preferred.
* Oncology research experience a plus.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is imperative.
* Proficiency with MS Office is required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities are
