Amada Senior Care is looking for compassionate, experienced, and reliable Lead Staff Caregiver. Our caregivers are the heart and soul of what makes Amada Senior Care great! An ideal Amada Lead Staff member will be an experienced CNA who is flexible and is enthusiastic about serving client and agency needs. We are looking for someone who is committed to improving the lives of the clients we serve by providing excellent in-home care.
Service Areas: As a Lead Staff you will be servicing clients in King and Snohomish Counties. This position requires a fair amount of travel on a daily basis. All applicants should have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Must be comfortable around pets; many clients have dogs or cat in their homes.
Job Type:*Full-Time/ 40Hrs. per week.
As a Lead Staff your responsibilities will include:
Fulfilling responsibilities by providing care for various clients, as assigned Performing supervisory visits with caregiver staff Covering shifts when unexpected schedule changes come up Following each client's Care Plan Assisting with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) Bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence, feeding Assisting with IADL's (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) Shopping, housekeeping, medication management, meal preparation
Some Qualifications and Skills:
Active State CNA License Nurse Delegations required Caregiver with at least five (5) years of caregiver experience Must have valid Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance Must have reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check, as required per Washington state law Ability to communicate effectively with seniors Must be reliable and dependable
