This job blends technical acumen, evangelism, program management and business savvy with an understanding of security and an eye for detail with timely execution. The Security Program manager is the hub for Sales, Legal, Engineering, Compliance, Operations and Marketing teams in helping with overcoming customer concerns about security, privacy and compliance as part of the sales cycle and helping to close deals efficiently. What You'll Do * Support answering pre-sales technical and security and privacy questionnaires. * Maintain Sales Security SharePoint site, database of security responses and supporting documentation: security white papers, technical diagrams and other product security documents for the field to use. * Develop, promote and support processes that streamline the sales cycle as it involves security, privacy and compliance. * Represent security on sales calls with customers and for contract negotiations when required. * Educate Account Engineers; Solutions Consultants and Customer Success Managers on the process for engaging with our team. * Support Corporate Marketing and product marketing agendas and campaigns as they relate to security, privacy and compliance. What you'll need to succeed: * Work experience: At least one year of experience working in a security role. * Knowledge & skills: Must be able to understand software-as-a-service, secure development and operations best practices, and security architecture. * Should understand and be able to articulate the value of common software security concepts, processes and frameworks; as well as common security vulnerabilities; and testing strategies * Should be familiar with the ISO 27001, SOC 2 certifications and other security and privacy standards and be able to understand and articulate the value of the controls within the different domains. * Communication: strong written and oral skills * Must be attentive to detail and organized * Ability to deal with high priority, time sensitive issues * Dependability: meet commitments, work independently, accept accountability, handle change, set personal standards and ability to stay focused under pressure * SharePoint and database familiarity a plus * Legal/contract experience a plus At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
