CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Adecco is currently assisting our New Milford client in their search for an experienced Customer Service Rep. This position is a potential temporary to hire opportunity.

The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for:
  • Order processing
  • Quoting
  • Follow up
  • Data entry
  • Problem resolution.
  • Some knowledge of MS Access or other
    similar database is helpful is needed
Qualifications for role:
  • Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
  • Process orders and provide quotes
  • Expedite and follow up on orders to completion
  • Resolve billing issues in a timely manner
  • Process detailed paperwork accurately
Requirements for consideration:
  • 2 + years exp as a Customer Service Rep position in an office setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Knowledge of MS Access or another similar database
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize

Pay for this position is $14 hr.
