Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to:
General customer service and teller functions
Assist via phone and in-person with opening, maintaining, and cross-selling accounts, setting up electronic services
Coordinate the reissuance of debit cards
Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
Process detailed paperwork accurately
Customer Service Rep - Banking - candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
2+ -years exp as a Customer Service Rep - banking/financial experience strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and accurate data entry skills
Previous banking or credit union experience a big plus
Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize
Pay - $16- $17 - DOE
