Candidate will assist guests with their inquiries regarding travel, tourist info, hotel information, restaurants, directions, dinner/theater reservations, etc.
Responsibilities include preparing for and welcoming VIP's, ensuring a welcoming lobby atmosphere is provided and taking care of special requests. Qualified candidate must have a luxury state of mind, loves to provide outstanding service, is empowered and has exemplary knowledge of the city in all aspects. Candidate must be flexible with their schedule, including the ability to work weekends and both am and pm shifts. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Will ensure the adherence and implementation of Sofitel standards as well as AAA Four Diamond standards.
