Job Description

As a Digital Project Manager, you will coordinate between client, offshore production teams and all third parties to manage digital project production from kickoff through delivery.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong project and client management skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Day to day point of contact for the Digital Engagement Team (DET) core team for their assigned DETs on behalf of the Digital Channel Strategy & Execution (DCS&E) team
* Responsible for understanding and promoting DCS&E objectives and priorities within the DET, especially in bringing in the right DCS&E resource proactively based on DET priorities
* Monitors DET backlog, sprint schedule, and objectives and plans demand needs with DE support team accordingly
* Ability to proactively provide guidance on channel standards and ensure the channel strategy and standards are being followed across DETs
* Coordinates with project management for development and deployment activities
* Understands 3rd party interactions and potential blockers and works with DET, DE development team, and DCS&E to address and rectify
* Demonstrate an ability to manage clients and oversee projects independently
* Proactively think about how to improve tools, functions, process optimization, and systemic creative ways of working
* Support content audits, gap analyses, content frameworks and recommended plans/processes, conceptual architecture, and governance structures
* Stay on top of cultural/tech news and audience trends in the tech markets and in culture
* Qualify and drive sales opportunities in collaboration with our Account and Industry leads, providing deep domain expertise and leadership to solution, support stand-up and service of our client engagements
* Develop work estimates for implementations during the sales cycle, and create content service-specific savings and business cases
