The Head of Revenue Management Systems will be responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership in developing a long-term capability roadmap and defining and executing the overall vision to advance the Revenue Management system footprint in BMS. The role will own and manage the delivery of the Revenue Management portfolio of programs and be accountable for the ongoing operations. The individual will partner with IT Plan and global functional teams regarding IT strategy and ongoing operations. Responsibilities: Define the overall Revenue Management technical vision, strategy and capability roadmap for the BMS enterprise. Support, develop and deliver against the IT roadmap Manage and own the global Revenue Management delivery portfolio and end-to-end program delivery of all project sizes in partnership with other IT teams Manage operations and services across multiple revenue management digital capabilities with a focus on operation excellence and technical change management Partner with functional area and IT counterparts and peers to identify improvement and transformation opportunities, incorporating best practices into operations excellence across business functions including processes for demand intake and prioritization Plan and oversee annual disaster recovery testing along with annual tests to ensure archived data can be retrieved Partner with Revenue Management product teams (Model N) to enhance portfolio offerings and incorporate BMS objectives into their platform Consolidate and track application portfolios in order to manage TCO. Identify opportunities for potential application portfolio rationalization across the globe Identify new IT capabilities to enable efficient processes by continuously exploring the external marketplace for technologies, ideas and practices Detect emerging trends and make recommendations for change. Evaluate new systems and recommend solutions to drive business value and share knowledge on new approaches Partner with Head of IT for Commercial and their associates to provide comprehensive leadership oversight for prioritization and delivery of strategic programs that span the enterprise Manage and oversee financial budgets: $15M+ operating expenses and $10M+ portfolio projects Manage a team of employees and outsourced partner teams with a combined strength of approximately 20+ resources Accountable for vendor management (Model N) Qualifications: Required Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related field 15+ years experience in managing technical teams delivering complex programs and ongoing operations 10+ years experience in large-scale implementation of platforms in a global environment 7+ years experiences in delivering PaaS/SaaS based cloud platform initiatives. Deep experience with Revenue Management software including Model N and other related software offerings. Preferred Requirements Masters Degree with focus on Computer Science or Finance, MBA Operational Excellence or Six Sigma experience in driving desired improvements and outcomes Demonstrated strength in partnering/influencing internal and external stakeholders to generate successful long-term opportunities Demonstrated ability to manage teams across IT and functional areas with complex technical and business challenges Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment and to influence adoption of new thinking Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; effective manager of people and strong team-building skills Understanding of Government Prescription drug programs and the administration and dynamics of such programs. disABLEDperson, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to reduce the high unemployment rate of individuals with disabilities.
